Cable and Wi-Fi included at no additional cost. At the beach parking is always scarce but the units come with an assigned covered parking space and the community has guarded entry. Community amenities to include a heated Pool and Spa with ample seating on the pool deck, gas grills, and gazebo. There is a fitness facility, clubhouse, and dry sauna. Come and stay awhile. This home is perfect for a "flexcation". Arrival Instructions: The rental office is within easy access of your vacation rental. Your check-in packet will be the Arrivals door at the rental office. Explanation of Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. This offers guests the flexibility to set their own timetable, mealtimes, menu, and vacation budget. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night or two. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, and pans, bake ware, cooking utensils, a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and standard size kitchen appliances. The dining area has a table and enough chairs so everyone can enjoy meals together. The living area has comfortable seating and a TV. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. When you arrive at your self-catering accommodation you should expect to find it clean and presented in a neat and tidy fashion. Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in vacation rentals unless arranged in advance. Any unapproved pet is prohibited. Pet fees are non-refundable. You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your pet. Accidental Damages Coverage: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/VRBO "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $2,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
