This large 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom top floor, corner unit located in the beautiful Tortugas De Mar complex comfortably sleeps 5. Tortugas Del Mar is a quiet adult community.  The master bedroom is spacious with sliding doors that open to the direct ocean front balcony. Walk-in closets and ensuite bathroom make this an incredible space.  The guest bedroom has a queen bed as well as a single bed and a walk-in closet with direct access to the guest bathroom.  The open concept floor plan features a comfortable living room with access to a fabulous balcony that looks out on a perfect view of the gulf.  Make a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen and serve it in the large dining room that seats 6 or more.  Relax while streaming a movie on the wall mounted big screen TV.  Cable and Wi-Fi are included at no additional cost.  The unit is accessible by elevator or stairs and has 2 parking spaces.    This unit comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, toys, puzzles, games, books to make it a relaxing home away from home.    Tortugas Del Mar is in the quiet upscale community of Belleair Beach.  Complex offers gorgeous grounds, a large, heated pool and lounge area.  The famous Columbia restaurant is just a short drive as are the Backwater bar and restaurant, Maggie's Mae's breakfast place, Basimo coffee cafe and many more. Clearwater marina is only a 3-mile drive. Publix and food shops are nearby.     Just a few things we need to mention:     Our home is offered for your vacation enjoyment.  The facility does not allow parties or events and the pool does NOT have a lifeguard on duty.    This is a smoke free property.  There is no smoking allowed in the unit or anywhere on the property grounds!  Thank you in advance for adhering to the NO SMOKING rules.    Pets are NOT allowed.    Minimum age of primary renter: 25    Arrival Instructions:  The rental office is within easy access of your vacation rental.  Your check-in packet will be the Arrivals door at the rental office.  Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions.  Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.    Explanation of Self-Catering:  The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation.  This offers guests the flexibility to set their own timetable, mealtimes, menu, and vacation budget.    The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night or two. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away.  The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, and pans, bake ware, cooking utensils, a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and standard size kitchen appliances.  The dining area has a table and enough chairs so everyone can enjoy meals together. The living area has comfortable seating and a TV.  Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost.    Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided.  The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay.    When you arrive at your self-catering accommodation you should expect to find it clean and presented in a neat and tidy fashion.   Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay.   At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave.    Beach Items:  Beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys are not provided.  However, your unit may have some of these items left for you by previous travelers.  Before heading to the stores, check the closets or storage boxes on the balcony.  Feel free to use anything that is not in the owner's locked closet.    Transportation:  The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way).    Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.    Pet Policy:  Pets are not permitted in vacation rentals unless arranged in advance. Any unapproved pet is prohibited.  Pet fees are non-refundable.  You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your pet.     Accidental Damages Coverage:  INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/VRBO "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay.  Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $2,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
